Pateiktas pasiūlymas realybėje atitinka nuotraukas, tačiau labai gaila, kad tokių gražių apartamentų savininkai taip negražiai bendrauja su klientais. Bendravimas atšiaurus, pakalbėjus net suabejoji ar tikrai nori šio būsto. Kabelinės televizijos nebuvo, deja, pastūmus sofą į šoną teko patiems išsiurbti dulkes ir traškučių likučius.
