SHED Co-living is a modern residential complex for students and young professionals in Vilnius.

Short-term and long-term (monthly) rental options are available to suit your needs, in cozy, fully furnished rooms with all essential amenities.

Each room features a private bathroom with a shower, a work area, and a kitchenette equipped with an induction stove, microwave, and small refrigerator.
Larger kitchen appliances (such as a dishwasher) are available in the shared kitchen.

For short-term stays, everything you need is provided: cutlery, dishes, bed linen, and towels.
For long-term rentals, the price includes all utility bills, internet, and access to shared facilities — a fully equipped gym, recreation areas, game rooms, work and study zones, movie screens, and a rooftop terrace.

Additionally:
- Laundry facilities (for a small additional fee)
- Parking (extra charge)
- Administration available on weekdays; on-duty staff are ready to help with any questions during weekends
- Regular community events are organized, and all services and payments are managed through a convenient online system

3–7 nights – €50/night
8–20 nights – €39/night
21–29 nights – €27/night

Additional fees:
- Final cleaning – €30
- Pillow fee (according to current tariffs)
