On the third floor, the studio-type apartments are a great place for relaxation, designed for 2-3 people. The space is functional and stylishly furnished, ensuring comfort and convenience. The apartments are equipped with a television, hairdryer, kettle, hot plate, refrigerator, as well as all the necessary essentials such as towels, dishes, bedding, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo.



The complex where the apartments are located offers a cozy resting environment near a pine forest. Here you will find 10 different-sized apartments that are perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends. The first-floor apartments feature separate outdoor terraces with furniture, the second-floor apartments have large balconies, and the third-floor studios are designed for couples and small groups.



Guests are provided with the opportunity to park their cars for free.



The location is in a quiet and beautiful part of Palanga, close to the pine forest. Nearby, there is a bike path, a pedestrian alley, running trails, and fitness equipment, as well as a children's playground. Just 500 meters away, you will find the beach, and 1 kilometer away stretches J. Basanavičius Street, which is rich in entertainment and vacationers.



Certain rules apply in the apartments. Guests are prohibited from moving furniture, storing flammable materials, damaging inventory, and exceeding the specified number of occupants. During the night (22:00 – 7:00), guests are also requested to maintain silence, and smoking indoors is prohibited.



Residents must report any damaged inventory, pay for services provided, return keys upon departure, and strictly adhere to fire safety regulations. When leaving, please ensure that all electrical appliances are turned off.
