The apartment is equipped with new, high-quality furniture and all necessary amenities: a bathroom, kitchen, digital television, and Wi-Fi. Additionally, guests will have access to a balcony, and will find all essential household appliances, bed linen, towels, dishes, coffee, and tea. This apartment can accommodate up to 5 adults.



The rental terms are clear and transparent:



- For 1-2 guests: 50 EUR per day + 25 EUR one-time cleaning fee.

- For 3-4 guests: 70 EUR per day + 25 EUR cleaning fee.

- For 5 guests: 80 EUR per day + 25 EUR cleaning fee.



Discounts apply for bookings of 7 days or longer. Invoices can be issued.



It is important to note that the apartment is not intended for parties or minors, and smoking is not allowed indoors. Check-in is available from 3 PM, and check-out is until 12 PM. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
