Fishing port, 3.89 km to the center. The apartment is located near the New Ferry in Smiltyne, the Acropolis, the Lighthouse Arena and the bus stop.
PRICES:
*The fee for the tourist pillow is not included in the rental price, it is mandatory according to the requirements of the municipal tariff (1 euro per person per 1 night).
For 1-2 people, outside the summer season:
*On weekdays from 30-35-40-45 euros per day. (Monthly daily price per person 28 euros)
*For a day or several hours 28-40 €
*Weekends 40-45 €
*Prices are negotiable on holidays and for additional persons.
SUMMER SEASON PRICES for 1-2 persons:
*A day in June from 40 euros, in July-August from 50 euros.
*The preferred minimum rental period in July - August is 5 days.
*We book for 1-4 days, not earlier than a few days in advance.
*During the Sea Festival and other public holidays, an additional fee is charged.
*The price is negotiable for additional persons.
*We issue receipts for individuals.
*We provide discounts to regular customers.
