The Seagulls Courtyard is located on the quiet Seagulls Street in Šventoji, offering comfortable rooms with shared amenities, ideally suited for two persons or a small family for a short getaway. The building has four rooms that share a bathroom, toilet, and kitchen area.



The courtyard features relaxation areas with garden furniture and an additional summer kitchen that all guests can use. The common areas are regularly maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the surroundings are peaceful, you can reach the central street in just a few minutes on foot. Families with children will enjoy the nearby football and basketball courts, as well as an indoor play area located just a few minutes away.



By staying in the rooms with all amenities, you can enjoy greater privacy and comfort, as they have a separate entrance and outdoor furniture. The area is enclosed and monitored by cameras, allowing guests to feel safe. The beach is 900 meters away, and the city center can be reached in just 2 minutes on foot.



Additional services include the rental of a child’s riding arena, which can be booked for 7 EUR for the entire stay.



Accommodation payments are made in cash, and bank cards are not accepted. Check-in is available from 15:00 to 22:00, and check-out is until 11:00.



Booking and prepayment conditions include the possibility of arriving and departing any day of the week. Payment must be made for one night within 24 hours of booking. The deposit is refunded only if the reservation is canceled with the host's prior agreement.



The rental rules emphasize that only registered residents may be in the room after 22:00, and quiet must be maintained from 22:00 to 07:00. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, and cleanliness and order must be observed in the area.



Check-out is by 11:00, and for the possibility of late departure, it is recommended to inquire in advance. If arriving after 18:00, it is necessary to inform the host, and the keys must be returned to them.
