Rental rules include:



- Wearing shoes in the apartment is prohibited.

- Parties and gatherings are not allowed.

- Guests may only be the number specified in the reservation – additional persons are prohibited.

- Children of all ages are welcome.

- Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.

- Pets are allowed, with additional fees applied. Guests must clean up after their pets.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- Before checking out, guests must wash used dishes and take out the trash.

- The pet fee is €10 per night for each pet.

- Guests are prohibited from rearranging furniture (except for chairs).

- The apartment is prepared with one set of bedding; additional bedding and towels are kept in the apartment for your use as needed.

- All guests must provide their information to local authorities as per Lithuanian laws.
