New, modern apartments in the center of Kaunas, Žaliakalnis, offer comfortable and cozy accommodation. This loft complex, located near the Church of the Resurrection, is housed in a fully renovated radio factory building from 2023.



The apartments are 35 sq. m. in size and can accommodate up to 4 guests. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The lofts are equipped with air conditioners with air recovery systems, ensuring comfort on hot days.

Prices start from 55 euros. Price adjustments may apply on weekends and public holidays. Discounts for long-term stays are also available.
