It is a small, but cozy and bright double room .A small terrace with outdoor lighting. Entrance and window is from the East (Lagoon) side, in front – a lawn with a shady Thuja. It will protect you from the summer heat.

Please note that the booking apartments in our villa, you agree with the following rules :
- When you book, advance in amount equal of two-day stay (calculated according to the selected room rate) must be prepaid to owners of the villa account. Advance payment is expected in two days, if it is not received through this period – the room is rented further. The remaining amount shall be paid before or on the day of arrival.
- Please indicate your name, period of stay and room number.
- To cancel a reservation or to shorten the time of your stay can be done free of charge in one month before the expected arrival date.
In case of shortening the stay period, or failing to arrive, payment is non-refundable.
- We do not host more people than there are beds in the room .
