The summer house can accommodate up to two guests, and each guest has a separate entrance and a mini terrace, ensuring privacy. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen, shower, and television. This cabin is perfect for families with small children, as there are new football and basketball courts nearby, as well as a fenced children's play area.
The shared outdoor kitchenette is equipped with everything needed for cooking. There is also a free barbecue grill available for use, along with firewood. The area is gated, monitored by cameras, and Wi-Fi access allows you to stay connected with the world.
The location is commendable, just 900 meters from the sea and only a 2-minute walk to the city center.
