Cozy wooden house with a sauna, an outdoor bath by the pond, and a terrace. The house is located in an amazingly tranquil place, away from the noise and hustle, on the territory of the estate "Sigito Masiulionio sodyba." Inside, there is everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Each house has its own shower, toilet, kitchen area, etc. On the second floor, there are 2 separate rooms with comfortable double beds.

ABOUT THE ESTATE
The estate "Sigito Masiulionio sodyba. is situated in the center of Lithuania between Vilnius, Kaunas, Panevezys, Utena, in the only hamlet in the Ukmerge district, not far from the Kaunas-Zarasai highway, after traveling 11 km from Ukmerge towards Utena. The territory is surrounded by forest, and the Shvyantoji River flows nearby.

The estate consists of three separate houses: the main house, a four-person house with an outdoor bath, and a house with a sauna and bath by the pond, a large area where you can set up tents. Up to 25 people can stay in the estate, and more people can be accommodated in their own tents. Here, in summer or winter, you can joyfully celebrate a birthday, a meeting, a fun evening, or any other celebration.

ENTERTAINMENT
There is a basketball and volleyball court. We are happy to organize kayaking, quad biking, skiing, or health and educational walks in the surrounding areas (hiking).
