Apartment Reservation Terms:
- The Client may reserve an apartment by phone or via TELEGRAM or VIBER applications. A deposit is required to secure the reservation.
- If the Tenant (Client) fails to arrive at the apartment on the reserved date, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as minimum compensation for the Landlord’s losses.
- The Tenant (Client) has the right to cancel or reschedule the reservation by notifying the Landlord at least 45 days prior to the start of the rental period. In this case, the Landlord confirms the cancellation or sets a new date if possible. The deposit is either refunded to the Tenant or transferred to the new reservation.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.
- The Tenant (Client) confirms that prior to booking the apartment and paying the deposit, they have read and agreed to the reservation terms.

Great August 2023

Su šeima apsistojome savaitgaliui šiame bute. Lokacija puiki, atstumai nedideli, prie pat autobusų stotelė, tad greitai pasiekėme miesto centrą, visai šalia namo prekybos centras ,,Akropolis’’, kadangi viešnagės Vilniuje metu nesinori pamiršti gerų įpročių, apsilankėme priešais namą esančiame sveikatingumo klube ,,Impuls’’. Nudžiugino ir priešais langus esančios teniso kortos. Butas buvo tvarkingas, jaukus, naujai ir skoningai įrengtas, visa buitinė technika veikė.
Savinikas labai malonus ir paslaugus. Viskas vyko labai operatyviai ir sklandžiai.
Likome labai patenkinti, nėra abejoniu, jog grįžus į Vilniu apsistosime čia dar sykį.
