This is a brand new, with a river view studio apartments, located right in the center of Kaunas, walking distance from all the main tourist attractions.
The studios contain one double bed and two single beds on entresol, bathroom, and kitchen as in the photos.

Guest Access
Everything you see in the photos is your private studio.
You will have an access to a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, reliable Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
The studio has one continental and very comfortable double bed and two single beds on an entresol that can accommodate two additional adults or children.
It is equipped with all the necessary duvets and pillows, fresh linen, towels and bathroom toiletries.
There is a possibility to receive a delegation of 12 persons.

The Neighborhood
The flat is in the very center of Kaunas, it is perfect location to go and explore the city!
5 minute walk from Kaunas train and bus station, “Žalgirio arena” and “Akropolis” shopping center.
Many tourist attractions are within a 15 minute walk: Laisvės avenue , Museum of War, Old town

Space
The studio is brand new and made thinking about the guests and their comfort. We have invested money, time and lots of love in the interior. The flat is on the third floor of a renovated house (built 1933). Our studio has entresol with two single beds for two adults or your children and very comfortable continental bed on the first floor. There is an autonomic floor heating, so you will feel warmth even when there is a cold Lithuanian winter.
