The cottages located in Šventoji offer a comfortable and cozy environment, perfectly suitable for relaxation. Each cottage is modernly furnished, with new furniture and high-quality materials.



In the rooms, you will find a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, where an extra bed can also be set up. The living room features a kitchen area equipped with all the necessary appliances: a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, kettle, pots, pans, plates, and cutlery. For your convenience, the cottages also have a 32-inch smart TV.



Each cottage has a private bathroom with a sink, toilet, and spacious shower. The cottages come with a spacious terrace where you can enjoy outdoor furniture, including a table and four chairs. You will also have a personal barbecue grill.



Additional services for a fee:

- Towels – 1 pc. – 1 EUR

- Firewood for the barbecue – 3 EUR

- Extra bed – 10 EUR/night

- Bed linen cost is already included in the accommodation price.



Please note that the "pillow tax" (municipal fee for the use of public infrastructure) is not included in the rental price and amounts to 1 EUR per person per day. The fee does not apply to children under 18 years of age.



Reservation conditions:

- Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer (deposit).

- To reserve, a deposit of 1 day's stay is required on the day of booking.

- When transferring the deposit, please indicate the arrival and departure dates, contact phone number, and number of people.



Due to cancellation or changed circumstances, the deposit is non-refundable. If leaving earlier, the money is also non-refundable.



The following rules apply in the cottages:

- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.

- Smoking in the rooms is prohibited.

- Maintain cleanliness and order in the area.

- When leaving, ensure that windows and doors are closed.



Arrival and departure information:

- Check-in from 1:00 PM.

- If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please inform the administration.

- On the day of departure, the cottage must be vacated by 11:00 AM.

- For the possibility of late departure, please contact the administration in advance.

- For pets, please arrange in advance with the administration.

- Bed linen is included, but towels are not included in the rental price.
