A calm and cozy place, perfectly suited for family vacations or small groups of friends, offers comfortable accommodation. This summer house is located in Kunigiškės, between Palanga and Šventoji, just 300 meters from the sea, accessible through a pine forest.



The house has two separate sleeping areas and can accommodate up to six guests. It is equipped with all necessary amenities, including a kitchenette with dishes and cooking utensils, a separate bathroom, a television, internet, air conditioning, and a dishwasher.



Guests can enjoy a terrace, private entrance, and parking space. Due to the spacious 28-acre area, which also includes other villas, one can enjoy tranquility and privacy.



There is a bus stop near the house, and a minibus runs to the center of Palanga every hour. Relevant information: arrivals with small children and friendly pets are allowed.



The minimum stay during July-August is 5 nights. Prices vary depending on the season: off-season (August 30 – May 1) – 80 Eur, in May – 120 Eur, and during the season (June 1 – August 30) – 120-150 Eur.
