The cottage comprises three rooms, where you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The first floor features a spacious living room with a terrace, a kitchen, a WC, and a shower room. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony, as well as a separate WC and shower room.



For your convenience, the following is offered:

- A kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances: refrigerator, stove, and dishes.

- Outdoor furniture on the terraces and balcony, ideal for cozy evenings.

- Modern television and internet connection.



The cottage area is illuminated and fenced, ensuring the safety of your vehicle. Just a minute's walk from the cottage, you will reach the Šventoji River, where you can fish or enjoy nature. An outdoor gazebo and barbecue area provide the opportunity to prepare delicious meals and spend time with loved ones.



You can walk to the center of Šventoji and the sea in 5-7 minutes, allowing easy access to all major amenities and entertainment.



To reserve the accommodation, a deposit of 30% of the total rental price is required. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show on the reserved dates. The remaining balance for the rental must be paid on the first day of arrival.



In the cottage, please maintain cleanliness and order, refrain from smoking, and observe quiet hours starting from 10 PM. All guests are responsible for any damage caused and their personal belongings.
