1. In case of change of circumstances, more people than agreed upon in advance may stay in the apartment. (Extra person + 10 euros). If more people than agreed upon stay in the apartment (without informing the owners), a fine is applied for each additional person. (Guests are treated as additional persons).
2. A fine is applied if a pet is staying without the owner's consent.
3. Late check-out from the apartment (after 11:30 a.m.) is subject to a penalty fee.
4. Failure to comply with the house rules and socially accepted norms of behavior will result in the apartment rental being terminated, and guests will be asked to leave the apartment immediately. The rental money will not be refunded.
5. By renting the apartment, guests agree to the stated rules and do not object to their compliance.
6. In the Republic of Lithuania, it is prohibited for persons under 20 years of age to consume or possess alcoholic beverages.
