This spacious house features five rooms that can accommodate up to 14 guests. The interior is designed according to designer recommendations, so you will find modern conveniences such as a kitchen with all necessary appliances, air conditioning, a television, and a fireplace.



The estate has a terrace where you can enjoy views of nature, as well as space for an outdoor hot tub and sauna. Additionally, there is a pond around the estate where you can swim.



When arriving at Žalesos sodyba, the following reservation conditions apply:



- A 50% advance payment is required, with the remaining amount due on the day of arrival.

- The advance payment is refundable if no damage is done to the estate and it is left tidy.



Accommodation prices depend on the day of the week and the number of guests:



- On weekdays: 120-250 €

- On weekends: 260-310 €

- On Friday and Saturday: 390-460 €



Smoking and bringing pets are prohibited unless previously arranged with the hosts. It is also necessary to adhere to the reserved number of guests; otherwise, penalties will apply. Upon departure, guests are asked to leave the estate tidy.
