A neighbourhood of Kaunas, a part of Šančiai elderate. It was connected to Kaunas in 1919. There is a school, a post office and a polyclinic, however, a lot more notable are deserted and devastated military barracks, scattered along the main street of the neighbourhood - A.Juozapavičiaus avenue. There are also several factories. Public transportation services are provided by several routes of trolleybuses and buses
