The apartments are equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable vacation. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and all necessary utensils. The rooms are fitted with air conditioning, a TV, and the bathroom includes all essential toiletries, towels, and bed linen.



The balcony provides an opportunity to enjoy the view of the outdoor pool, and outside you will also find a barbecue area, a children's playground, and a sports area. The basement features a gym and a work area, which can be used free of charge.



Self-check-in ensures that you can settle in comfortably without any interruptions, and a coded lock at the entrance provides extra security.



Rental conditions include: arrival from 14:00 and departure by 11:00, with the possibility of arranging a late check-out. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, pets are not accepted, and this accommodation is not available for parties. A 30% payment is required for reservation confirmation, which can be paid via bank transfer or in cash.



Free cancellation is available 2 weeks prior to arrival. The remaining amount must be paid by the day of arrival. If the stay is shortened, money is non-refundable.
