These modernly furnished apartments are located in a quiet and safe area, just 400 meters from the Baltic Sea, accessible via a convenient wooden path through the forest. With a large balcony, these apartments are ideal for families, as they can comfortably accommodate up to six people.



In the apartments, you will find all the necessary appliances and amenities, including:

- dishwasher

- hairdryer

- disposable shower amenities



During the season, residents have free access to a heated outdoor pool, where the water temperature is maintained at around 21–22 °C. The pool is suitable for both children and adults. Additionally, the area features a children's playground, outdoor exercise equipment, sports and play areas, and a grill zone, while nearby there is a drinks and snacks bar called “Purslai.”



For active leisure enthusiasts, nearby running and cycling trails connect Nemirseta, Palanga, and Šventoji. Upon prior arrangement, it is possible to rent scooters for adults, and for an additional fee, to use the sauna. For families with children, a playpen and a high chair can be provided upon prior notice. Accommodation with pets is only available by prior arrangement, subject to an additional fee.



The rental period for the apartments is a minimum of 3 nights, but rentals of 1–2 nights are possible by separate agreement. During the season, prices start from 100 EUR per night, and in the off-season, from 50 EUR per night. Longer rental periods are negotiated individually. We can issue a VAT invoice if needed.



The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit of the total rental amount. The reservation can be canceled at least 2 weeks before arrival – the deposit will be refunded. The remaining amount is payable 1 day before arrival by bank transfer or in cash, as agreed.



The apartments include one free parking space. Please note that there may be weak mobile signal and internet connectivity in the area.
