The Seagulls Courtyard offers cozy rooms with shared amenities, perfectly suitable for two persons or a small family seeking a short-term getaway. Here you will find four rooms where guests share a bathroom, toilet, and kitchen area. The outdoor space features a spacious terrace with garden furniture and an additional summer kitchen for all guests.



The surroundings are quiet, yet you can reach the main street within just a few minutes on foot. If you are traveling with children, you will find football and basketball courts nearby, as well as an indoor play area for kids.



The area is gated and monitored by cameras, and the number of parking spaces is limited. The sea is only 900 meters away, and the city center is just a 2-minute walk.

Accommodation can be paid for in cash. Check-in and check-out can be done any day of the week. Payment is made for one night, within 24 hours of booking.



Rules to be observed:

- Only registered residents may be in the room after 10 PM

- Quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM

- Smoking in the rooms is prohibited

- Please maintain cleanliness and order

- We are not responsible for items left in the room



Check-out is required by 11 AM. Please inquire about the possibility of late departure and returning keys to the hosts. Check-in time starts from 2 PM, and the remaining service fees are to be paid upon arrival.
