The kitchen is fully equipped, so you'll find everything you need for daily living: a stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and essential dishes. The bathroom includes a shower and washing machine, and there is also a TV and a spacious wardrobe.



In this apartment, you can enjoy self-check-in, and its surroundings are suitable for families with small children and pets.



The nearest shopping options include a large shopping center "Urmas," which is nearby and perfect for everyday shopping. The grocery store "IKI – Saulėtekis" is also close, making it easy to take care of your grocery needs.

Please note that the apartment is on the third floor, there is no elevator, so you will need to climb the stairs to access the apartment.



Rental rules include:

- Wearing shoes in the apartment is prohibited.

- Parties and gatherings are not allowed.

- The number of people is limited to the number specified in the reservation.

- Children are allowed, regardless of age.

- Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.

- Pets are allowed (additional fees apply).

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- Guests must wash used dishes and take out the trash before checking out.
