The estate is located on a fenced area of 7 hectares. The owner's house is located a few hundred meters from the rented estate. You will have complete privacy and security. You will be the only one in the estate, outsiders do not visit the territory.
The homestead has everything you might need. Crockery, bed linen, towels, firewood, barbecue, deck chairs. The homestead is equipped with air heating, thanks to which the homestead is warm in winter and cool in summer. There is also a fireplace that can be lit for comfort.
Water is supplied to the estate from a well. It can be drunk and eaten. Please use it responsibly in the shower as the source is definitely not infinite.

The pond next to the homestead is suitable for swimming. It is deep, so non-swimmers should take all precautions. Parents should take care of the safety of children and not allow them to swim alone.
Also, please do not use hygiene products when swimming in a puddle.
The estate has a spacious glazed gazebo with a fireplace, where you can cook barbecue and have dinner.
There is a volleyball court next to the homestead.
There are fish in the pond next to the homestead, but there are also ornamental fish, so we ask guests to fish only in the Lazdininkai pond, which is also famous for its abundance of fish. Boat and boat are made for this. There is also a fishing permit.
The homestead is most suitable for a relaxing holiday for a family or two families.
The estate has two separate bedrooms. One double bed 180x200 and one single bed 90x200. The other has a double bed 140 x 200, a single bed and a fold-out double bed. Downstairs is a soft sleeping area. If you have any preferences regarding the choice of beds, let us know and we will suggest which ones to prepare for you.
We do not accept animals at the homestead. There are several reasons. First, some people are allergic to animals and we don't want to inconvenience them by staying with us. Another thing is that we ourselves have animals. And if they happen to meet each other, unexpected things can happen. This is what we want to avoid. Also, when they sense other dogs, our dogs are restless, may bark, try to get to know each other. We hope for your understanding. If this happens and our dogs accidentally come to you, do not be alarmed, they are not aggressive or angry. When guests come, we keep them in the aviary.
We try very hard to make you feel comfortable and cozy. Please take care of the property of the estate, the plants growing around.

The nearest grocery store, pharmacy and post office are located in Darbenai, just 3.5 km from the estate. Palanga - 20 km, Kretinga 15 km. Sventoji 12 km. Klaipeda 40 km.
From the estate to the sea 14 km. Closest to Butinge, there are fewer people.
Next to the estate there is a Japanese garden, where you can also take a walk and admire nature. We recommend that you set aside a good half day for this, take a snack, a blanket and, apart from time, relax and admire the harmony.
For those who want to go hiking, we can recommend a 15 km route through the forest.
