It is located in a historic barracks building that was constructed in the 19th century during the 1970s. This place was an important part of the Kaunas fortress, where imperial artillery soldiers were stationed. During the building's renovation, authentic red brick masonry elements, arches, and high ceilings were preserved, adding uniqueness.



The apartment is on the second floor and accommodates up to four guests. Here you will find a balcony, a kitchen, internet access, and television. Additionally, guests can take advantage of free and secure parking in the yard behind automatic gates.



A children's playground is adjacent to the building, and the "Rimi" shopping center is just 100 meters away. You can reach the banks of the Nemunas River and the bike path in about 500 meters, providing opportunities to enjoy nature and active leisure.



Prices vary depending on the number of adults, children, and pets in the apartment. Additional fees may apply for extra guests, pets, bedding, and cleaning services. A city tax is also applicable for each adult.
