New wooden houses / cottages for summer holidays in Sventoji. The houses are located in a quiet and remote location, in a specially arranged complex "Elnias", with a well-groomed territory, a children's playground, and a sauna.
The houses are equipped with all basic amenities and can accommodate up to 4-5 people. There are Wi-Fi internet, plastic windows, bathroom, kitchen with sink and dishes, electric kettle, refrigerator, 2 double beds, one double and two single beds, shower, toilet, shower and outdoor terrace with furniture.

Price per night
- From June 23 to July 1 (35-45 EUR)
- From July 1 to August 20 (50 EUR)
- from August 20 to August 30 ( 35 to 45 EUR)
- From September 1 to September 15 (15 EUR)

ADDITIONALLY:
- Prices may vary depending on the number of people, the length of stay
- Renting a cottage for only one night or only on weekends (Friday and Saturday), rent can be 10-20% higher.
