In these two-room apartments located in the center of Klaipėda, guests will find all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The apartments are on the second floor of a building that is listed in the cultural heritage values registry.



The interior includes a spacious kitchen and living area, a bedroom, a WC, and a bathroom, as well as a balcony for summer relaxation. The rooms are compact but functional, featuring a comfortable double bed, a modernly equipped kitchen with a dining table and four chairs, a double pull-out sofa for relaxation, a coffee table, and a tall wardrobe in the hallway.



The apartments are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay:

- Dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, dishes and utensils for cooking, coffee and tea.

- Washing machine, laundry supplies, dryer, iron, hairdryer, bedding, towels.

- Free high-speed internet (Wi-Fi) and cable television with a flat-screen TV.



Guests can take advantage of free parking, and access is convenient.



The location is strategically convenient, close to important city landmarks. Legal and medical institutions, cafes, shops, a sculpture park, and bus and train stations are easily accessible from here. Beaches such as Melnragė and Karklė are just a 10-15 minute drive away.



Prices start from 60 EUR per night for two persons. Contractual prices apply during the Sea Festival. Prices may vary on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. A 100 EUR damage deposit is required upon arrival, which is refunded upon check-out after inspecting the apartment.



The apartments are suitable for photo shoots, and from September to June, they can be rented for weeks or months, with prices being negotiable.



Guests are welcome, and communication is available in Lithuanian, Russian, and English.



Rental rules:

- Arrival and departure times are negotiable (departure is preferred by 12:00, arrival from 15:00).

- Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 8:00.

- Maximum number of guests is 4 (2 adults and 2 children).

- The property is not rented for parties or to minors.

- Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

- Pets are not allowed.
